The Intensive Care Unit has been established in particular for patients with life threatening complications whose needs cannot be met in the Inpatient Sector.

Here the patient is placed under 24 hours observation and monitoring of his vital signs.

This unit is being supervised by the staff of Department. Dr.Mohamed Salah, MD; Lecturer for tropical medicine, is responsible for the team of the Intensive care unit.

The patients of admitted to this unit are either inpatient who developed sever complications, or/and outpatient who shows severe symptoms or signs e.g; Hepatic Coma.

Electro Cardio Graph

Ultrasound

Cardioversion Machine
