A workshop for endoscopy organized by the Gastro-intestinal Endoacopy Unit - Kasr Alainy Hospital, will take place on Wednesday 31/5/2006 at 10:00 am in the lecture hall of the unit.

The Workshop will be under supervision of Prof.Dr.Serag Zakaria and will contain the following cases :

• Oesophageal Varices

  • Band ligation

  • Injection sclerotherapy

• ARGON (for telangiectasia)

• Polypectomy

• Stenting of malignant oesophageal stricture

• Haemorrhoids (band ligation)
